Toa was a Japanese camera maker from about 1936 to the early 1950s. Its full name was Tōa Kōki Seisakusho (東亜光機製作所, means Toa Optical Works). Many people call the company Toakoki, but Kōki only means "optics" or "optical instruments".
It seems all their cameras were named Gelto.
