The Sony Alpha QX1 (badged Sony SmartShot QX1 in Germany) is a new type of system camera body for E-mount lenses of the Sony α system. It was introduced in 2014 and was the first gadget-driven system camera of the World. The user interface is a Smartphone or a Pad with Android or iOS operating systems. The gadgets' touch-sensitive displays are used as user control interface and as the only possible viewfinder device. A micro flashgun with guide number 4 is built into the camera body which has a 20 megapixel APS-C-size imaging CMOS sensor.
