The Sokol Automat was a 35mm rangefinder camera made by GOMZ in Leningrad, launched in 1966. The original model had six CdS cells mounted above the lens. The 1969 model has 3 CdS cells.

The Sokol 2 was a rangefinder camera for 35mm film, launched by LOMO in 1979. It was user-friendly, offering a parallax corrected viewfinder with superimposed precise rangefinder and a built-in electronic light meter. This model has a hot shoe for flash connection.
