The Samsung SR 4000 was Samsungs first and only SLR for 35mm film. It was launched in 1997 and discontinued 2002. Three lenses were available:

  • Schneider-Kreuznach Xenon 50mm 1:1.4
  • 28-70mm 1:3.5-4.5
  • 70-210mm 1:4-5.6

The bayonet mount was almost identical to Minolta AF. SR 4000 was the export name, in Korea it was sold as Samsung Kenox GX-1.
