Template:127 Japan The Sakura was a very simple bakelite camera launched in 1937 by Konishiroku (today Konica). It took 4x5cm pictures on 127 film. The front plate was mounted on a rectangular box sliding out of the main body. There was a folding frame finder, and a very simple shutter with B and I settings. The lens was only marked ROKUOH SHA and TOKYO.

There is also mention of a Sakura box camera taking 4x6.5cm pictures on 127 film. The only reference found was in this page at the Mafnet site.
