In 1995 Ricoh introduced two "flagship" models in their series of K mount-lens SLRs for 35mm film: These were the XR-10PF, and the nearly-identical XR-10P, omitting the popup flash of the PF. In some markets these were branded as the XR-X 3PF and XR-X 3P respectively. (Note that the XR-10M is a different model, lacking programmed exposure.)

These models extended the electronic "wonderbrick" features of the multi-program Ricoh XR-X to add program shift and true shutter-priority autoexposure. However by this time, the rise of autofocus (and soon after, digital) models were quickly eroding Ricoh's presence in the SLR marketplace.
