The Ricoh Teleca 240 is a binocular half frame camera with fixed lens made in Japan by Ricoh from 1971. This was a joint project with Nichiryo International Corporation Ltd.: the Nichiryo Nicnon and Nichiryo Teflex are nearly identical. This was a pair of binoculars with a Ricoh Auto Half E attached to one of the binocular lenses. A beam splitter in the binoculars diverts the image to the camera. Ricoh Auto Half E selenium cell and optics were removed, so this one does not operate automatically. Light metering required an optional separate lightmeter.

- Lens: Riken Rikenon f 3.5 / 165mm. This is equivalent to a 250mm telephoto on a full-frame 35mm camera.
- Shutter: Speeds 1/60, 1/125 and 1/250 sec
- Aperture: 1:3.5 - 1:11
- Focusing: manual focusing
