The LX-10 is a fixed focus point-and-shoot camera for 35mm film, introduced by Japanese manufacturer Ricoh in 1998. This camera is a successor to the YF-10 released four years earlier in 1994. The fixed-speed mechanical shutter on the earlier YF-10 was replaced with a variable-speed electrical shutter. The lens was replaced with a slightly slower f/5.6 lens. The model named YF-100 is a variant model to the LX-10 which does not have a self-timer.
There is also an autofocus version named AF-10 which has the identical appearance and the same specifications as the LX-10's except that it has a auto-focusing system.
