The GR Digital IV is a advanced autofocus digital compact camera released by Pentax Ricoh Imaging in 2011. It is the fourth GR digital camera released and replaces the Ricoh GR Digital III from 2009. A limited 10,000 unit white edition was also offered. In 2013, the Ricoh GR was the replacement.
This fourth edition is a notable refinement. It uses the similar 10 megapixel sensor, but it now has image stabilisation as well as improved auto focus. The LCD screen has also been changed to a more efficient unit based on a RGBW space with 1.23 million pixels.
