The Rayflex is a 6×9cm box camera for type 120 rollfilm, made by Fototecnica in Turin, Italy, c.1950. It has a large brilliant finder, making it almost a pseudo TLR, and a Duotar Optik F=1:9 fix-focus 80mm taking lens, "Duotar" maybe meaning (or just feigning?) a simple achromat. It has a simple self-cocking single-speed shutter, maybe a rotary shutter, switchable from instant mode to time mode. Shutter speed is 1/30 sec. Its frame size is reduceable to 6×6cm. Therefore the red window in its back is a wide-format red window through which the take numbers of both formats, 6×9 and 6×6, appear.
