Despite the grandiose name, The President is a simple bakelite "minicam" for 127 film which was retailed by The Camera Man of Chicago, USA. As was the typical practice of the Chicago camera industries, the identical model is known under multiple model names (see Champion) and even different "companies" such as Drexel, Stan-Test, Lee, and "General Products Co."
