Despite the grandiose name, The President is a simple bakelite "minicam" for 127 film which was retailed by The Camera Man of Chicago, USA. As was the typical practice of the Chicago camera industries, a virtually identical model is known under multiple model names (see Champion) and even different "companies" such as Drexel, Stan-Test, Lee, and "General Products Co."
