Despite the grandiose names, The President and Champion are simple bakelite "minicams" for 127 film retailed by The Camera Man of Chicago, USA. As was the typical practice of the Chicago camera industries, a virtually identical model is known under multiple model names and even different "companies" such as Drexel, Stan-Test, Lee, and "General Products Co."
