The Polaroid Flashgun #268 is a flashgun for flashbulbs. It is a box which contains battery and capacitor. Its reflector sits on one of the edges of the box and has a hinged lightblue window which has to be opened for each bulb exchange. It uses Sylvania Blue Dot DC-M-IC 30 flashbulbs. It has a red ignition button for use in the camera's B mode. If the flashguns's cable is connected to the camera it can be triggered by the camera's flash synchronized shutter instead.
