Pentax KP is the mid tier APSC-DSLR by Ricoh Imaging introduced in 2017.

This camera is a companion to the K-3 cameras having many of the same innovations at a more affordable price and in a more compact envelope. Like most other Pentax DSLRs it has a magnesium alloy body and weather sealing.

Among several innovations over its predecessor it has a 24MP sensor, electronic shutter up to 1/24,000s, DoF bracketing, extended ISO up to 819,200 and 7fps continuous shooting.
