The IQZoom is a autofocus 35mm compact camera introduced by Pentax 1987. It won awards from the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) and European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA). It was one of the earliest 35mm compact cameras to offer a zoom lens function. Previous compacts were primarily based on fixed or dual focal lens designs.
