The Lumix DMC-GF5 is a Micro Four Thirds sensor camera released by Panasonic in 2012.

It replaced the very similar Lumix DMC-GF3. The body retains the same shape, but has a redesigned rubberized hand grip. The only major feature differences are the maximum ISO of 12,800 compared to 6,400. MP4 video format mode has been added. The built-in mic is now stereo instead of mono. The LCD screen has been replaced with a more responsive higher resolution unit with a 920,0000 pixels instead of 460,000. An additional display button is also on the back.

A Lumix GF6 was announced a year later in 2013.
