The Panasonic DMC-LX5 is a compact camera with highly light-sensitive image sensor, fast Leica DC Vario-Summicron 1:2.0-3.3 5.1-19.2 aspherical lens and a multi-functional hot shoe. Thus it defines a new class of digital compact cameras which is just one step below compact digital system cameras. Its hot shoe can be used either for a TTL flashgun or for an electronic 100% accessory viewfinder. It's an extra-fine compact camera for tourism and portrait.
