==History==

The company 'Orionwerk' Hannover (Gemany) was founded in 1893 as '''Glunz & Bülter'''.  In 1903 it changed its name to '''Bülter & Stammer''', probably because the company founder Bülter changed his partner. Later cameras of a maker [[Glunz]] from Hannover are known. In 1921 Bülter & Stammer became '''Orionwerke''', and finally the ''Orionwerke AG'' stock market company. It produced a range of cameras until about 1933 when the company went into liquidation.<ref>Classic Cameras [[http://www.ukcamera.com/classic_cameras/Kamerahersteller/orion.htm]])</ref>
