The Olympus FE-4020 is a entry level compact digital camera released by Olympus in 2010. It is also known as the X-940.

It features a 14 megapixel 1/2.33" CCD sensor. A f2.6 to 5.9, 4.7 to 18.6 mm (26 to 105mm; 35mm equivalent) 4x wide zoom lens. The display is a 230,000 pixel, 2.7" TFT color LCD. A 230,000 pixel colour 2.7" LCD display. It uses SD cards for media storage and is powered by a rechargeable lithium-Ion battery. It is available in light blue, light pink, warm grey.

The Olympus FE-4040 is very similar and virtually identical in operation. Instead of simpler "Dis Mode", it features a dedicated image stabilizer modes for still and video "IS movie". An "Hi ISO Auto" mode is also available that increases ISO higher (than ISO Auto mode) to reduce camera shake. It is available in indium grey, aquamarine blue, flamingo pink, pure white body colors.
