The Nizo Elektronik 1000 was a viewfinder camera for type No. 126 film cassettes. It was designed by Robert Oberheim and produced from 1968 till 1971 by Balda for Niezoldi & Krämer. Compared to common cassette film cameras it was quite sophisticated, with CdS sensor window within the filter ring and electronically comtrolled shutter speeds upto 1/1000 seconds. It had a Schneider Kreuznach Radionar 1:2.8 40mm lens and a bright frame finder with superimposed coupled rangefinder.
