The Coolpix 3100 is a digital camera manufactured by Nikon and announced in 2011. It is part of the long running Coolpix line of digital cameras.
It uses a 1/2.3" 14 megapixel CCD sensor which can produce a maximum image size of 4320 x 3240. It uses a 35mm equivalent 26–130mm 5x zoom lens. It has a 230,000 pixel 2.7 inch LCD screen. Secure Digital cards are used for removable storage. Connectivity is via USB. Power is with a rechargeable EN-EL19 Lithium-ion battery. The body colour is available in lilac, silver, black, red, yellow, blue and pink.
