The Minox Model C was introduced in 1969. Approximately 169,863 were produced in 1969-1976. It uses a reliable and accurate CdS meter, and is the first Minox to offer automatic exposure. This is accomplished through an electronically controlled shutter, as the lens uses a fixed aperture of f/3.5. It is the largest 9.5mm film format Minox ever offered, at 120mm long.
