The Luca is a double-extension folding-bed camera for 13x18cm plates, made by Contessa-Nettel. The maker only existed under this name between 1919-26. The camera is wooden-bodied, with leather covering. It has a U-shaped lens standard, with rise and shift movements. It has a brilliant finder with a bubble level, mounted centrally above the lens; most Contessa-Nettel cameras have the finder to the left side of the lens plate.
