The DiMAGE X50 is a digital ultra compact camera from Konica Minolta introduced in 2004. It is part of the X series of digital cameras that features a folding optical path. This series of cameras started with the Minolta DiMAGE X in 2002. This camera was also sold by Sanyo as the Xacti VPC-A5.
It uses a Konica Minolta 5.7-17.1mm f/2.8 to f/5.0 lens with 2.8x zoom, that has a equivalent to a 37-105mm on 35mm. Digital 4x zoom is also available and can be disabled in the settings.
