Kodak Instamatic 44
The Kodak Instamatic 44 was a very cheap camera for the easy-to-use Kodapak film cartridges, released by Kodak into the Instamatic range in 1969. It was made either in the USA or in Canada. A similar model was the promotional Hawkeye Instamatic II. The camera had a 1:11/43mm lens with fixed focusing, and a single speed shutter with speed 1/50 sec. It had a characteristic thumb wheel as means of film advance on the top. It could fire flash cubes.
