Konica and its predecessors used the trademark Hexar for both lenses and cameras:
- Hexar and Tele-Hexar lenses made from 1931 to 1959
- Hexar lenses in Leica screw mount
- Konica Hexar (sometimes called "Hexar AF"), an autofocus camera
- Konica Hexar RF, a rangefinder camera
A few other Japanese manufacturers used Konishiroku-made Hexar lenses, including Mamiya on the Mamiya 35 I, Yallu (predecessor of Aires) on the Yallu Flex, and perhaps Taron.
The Hexar mounted on the Mercury CC1500 by Universal Camera was not made by Konishiroku but by Wollensak, USA.
The French company Sagem also made an unrelated Hexar f/2 lens, both for its own Leica copy and for the Super Lynx I by Pontiac.
The Hexar 7.5cm lens found on the Hexi-0 made by Apparatebau und Kamerafabrik and sold by Hamaphot is a cheap f/11 meniscus, unrelated to Konishiroku.
