The Halina 3000 is a viewfinder camera for 35mm film, with a built-in meter, made by Hakings in Hong Kong - introduced c.1974. The 3000 was also sold as the Opticam 3000 and the Weist 135, CIL 3000. The earlier Halina Paulette EE II is seemingly the same camera, but unlike the 3000, this was also available in a black finish. The Halina 2000 is the same camera without the light meter.
