Haking
W. Haking Enterprises Ltd. is a camera and binocular maker based in Hong Kong (China). It was founded by Dr. Haking Wong and Dr. Pauline Chan in 1956. Its famous camera products of the brands Halina and Ansco are represented nowadays by a company named Halina. The history of that company Halina seems to be identical with that of Haking. Maybe Haking is the original camera maker and Halina only representing the brands, or some changes in ownership of brands and company just happened.
Older cameras of Haking are collectors' items since they are marked as "Empire made" :
