The Viking is a simple 35mm viewfinder camera made in Spain by Fowell, c.1960-1965. The body is plastic, with a single-speed (+B) shutter and a fixed focus "Vikinar Acromatico" 48mm f6.3 lens and lever advance. The top plate has a depression suggesting an accessory shoe (although with no focus adjustment, no flash sync and little exposure control, there's no need for an accessory shoe), the shutter release, exposure counter with a reset thumb-knob, and the rewind knob with a film-speed reminder on top. Exposure control is limited to three apertures marked with weather symbols, set by a wheel under the lens.
