The Falcon Rocket camera design for 127 film originated with the Utility Manufacturing Company of New York. One version was sold as Carlton. The body is moulded in bakelite.

The same design continued after the company's move to Chicago, some labeled Falcon Camera Co., surely just Spartus under another name.
