The Utility Manufacturing Co. of New York offered this twin-lens camera for 2¼" square images on 120 film, in the years before becoming Spartus of Chicago. The Magni-Vue seems to be a predecessor to the Spartus Full-Vue; but offering a scale focusing lens with 4 distance markings. The shutter is a simple Instant/Time type and there is no aperture adjustment possible.
