The Hi-Lite 202 is among the many Cosina stopdown-metering SLRs using 42mm screw lenses. It's known to have been available around 1975. It has many of the expected features for a camera of its era: shutter speeds from 1/1000 to 1 second with flash sync at a respectable 1/125; a self-timer; a hot shoe; and (with a PC sockets for both X and M sync. There's also a small indicator window in front of the rewind crank showing when a film cassette is loaded.
But compared to several other closely-related Cosinas, the 202 is one of the more no-frills models. Stop down metering is activated with the simple (and typical) switch alongside the lens mount, rather than the unusual two-stage shutter release found on other Cosina SLRs. There is no film-type reminder, shutter-release lock, or battery check button.
This appears to be the model rebadged by Ponder & Best as the Vivitar 220/SL.
