The Cosina CS-2 is a manual focus automatic exposure 35mm SLR camera from Cosina. It accepts K mount type lenses.

It has a cloth focal plane shutter with speeds from 8s to 1/1000 with B. Flash sync is at 1/60 a sec. The self-timer is electronic with a delay of approx 10 sec. It features an open aperture TTL center-weighted metering system using two silicon photo cells. The viewfinder has a LED based display on the left with 16 lamps. The meter has a range of 2 to 19 EV at (ASA 100), settable to film speeds from 25 to 3200 ASA.

Focusing is done manually, with a horizontal split-image spot and micro-prism collar on the focusing screen. The main dial has settings for auto exposure, exposure compensation, X sync and B.

The film transport uses a film advance lever and a rewind crank. A Cosina auto-winder accessory was also available. The camera uses two 1.5v SR44 batteries. A battery check feature is available with the LED indicator in the viewfinder.
