Original CPC logo registration from USPTO records (Image rights) |
CPC or Combined Products Corporation was a distributor of imported photographic goods rebadged with their own brands, operating from New Jersey, USA.[1] In 1978 the company applied for the trademark CPC Phase 2,[2] their branding most commonly encountered today. Later registrations for photography accessories include Ozunon, Topaz, and Tempo.[1]
The CPC Phase 2 lenses and accessories were at the budget end of the spectrum, but a Modern Photography test from August 1984 showed good optical results for several Pentax KA mount lenses.[3]
