Ciro was an American manufacturer, which was bought out by Graflex. Ciro began making TLR cameras in Detroit prior to WWII, and later moved production to Delaware, Ohio. In 1949 they took over the design of the Cee-ay 35 from Chicago's Candid Camera Corporation and this became the Ciro 35. The Ciro company was bought out by Graflex in the Early 50s. Graflex continued to produce cameras bearing the Ciro name until 1955.
