Ciro was an American manufacturer, which was bought out by Graflex. Ciro began making TLR cameras in Detroit prior to WWII, and later moved production to Delaware, Ohio. In 1949 they began producing a 35mm camera designed by Perfex - but were bought out by Graflex in the Early 50s. Graflex continued to produce cameras bearing the Ciro name until 1955.
