An early SLR offering from Chinon, circa 1968. Uses M42 thread-mount lenses. Vertical-traveling focal plane shutter to 1/1000 sec.

A recess at the front of the pentaprism allows for alternate nameplates and the same camera is seen rebadged as the Prinzflex Super TTL by Dixons and as Revueflex 1000S TTL or Revue Superflex TTL by Foto-Quelle. There is also a clear connection to the Ricoh Singlex TLS (even to certain images being shared between their owners manuals), a camera which itself appeared under other rebadgings.
