The Carena SX-300 is a SLR camera body with Minolta SR-bayonet mount. It can be used with most of the lenses which are made for Minolta's manual focus SLRs. On the back it is marked "Shanghai China". It's a licensed copy of Minolta's X-300 which was produced in the same Seagull camera factory. Name variants made by Seagull were branded as Centon, Vivitar V50, Soligor's SR-300 MD, Safari, Texer, Revue, Samyang and Zenit.
A similar camera, the Carena DF-300, is the same camera but instead of an all-black body, it is black and silver.
