One of Canon's last 35 mm compact cameras, the Prima Zoom 80u (or Sure Shot 80u in America) from 2003 integrates a 2x zoom in a compact silver case.

Focusing range: 0.6 m to infinity (close-up mode: 0.45 m) Shutter speed: 1/480 ~ 2 sec. Manual exposure compensation: ±1.5 stops Film speed: 25–3200 ISO using DX coded film. Flash: Zooming flash, GN 10.6 (wide) to 12.5 (tele), flash range 0.6–3.8 m (wide); 0.6–2.2 m (tele). Recycles in 6 s. Automatic fill flash, separate lamp for red eye reduction. Shooting modes: Auto, action, night portrait, portrait, close-up, real-time release. Custom functions: Real-time release, shooting and flash modes storage at power off, automatic film rewind setting, centre-point AF, continuous shooting (1 frame/sec). Power source: 3V CR2 lithium battery. Dimensions and weight: 107.2 x 58.7 x 42.8 mm, 185 g (without battery).
