The camera features 8 megapixels on a 1/2.5 inch CCD sensor. The screen is a 207,000 pixel 2.5 inch TFT, mounted on a adjustable flip out arm similar to the previous models. The viewfinder is a 115,000 pixel 0.33 inch EVF. The S5 improves upon the S3 model by having a higher ISO sensitivity of 1600 compared to the previous 800 ISO.
