This very early Canon digital camera (introduced 1997) offered 640 x 480 resolution on 1/3" CCD, no zoom, and recorded images to Compact Flash cards. While basically a fixed focus camera with 6mm F2.8 lens it did offer a macro focus mode, and a tilting rear LCD screen. It was one of the early samples of digital compacts without viewfinder, of course with built-in flash and related selectable flash-modes known from typical automatic compact cameras. Shutter speeds were 1/4 to 1/2000 sec.
