The EOS-3 is a 35mm auto focus SLR camera manufactured by Canon and introduced in November 1998.

This camera replaced the EOS 5. It has many of the same features and ergonomics of the flagship EOS-1 series cameras. There are three main auto focusing modes. Automatic, manual selection focusing with 45 points, and Eye Control. The shutter speed ranges from 30 sec. to 1/8000 sec. in 1/3-stop increments with bulb. X-sync at 1/200 sec. The built in motor drive is capable of 3 fps. With the optional PB-E2 booster grip is capable of 7 fps. 2CR5 batteries power the camera.
