Blacks Photo is a large Canadian camera and photographic equipment distributor with approx 100 locations. In June 9, 2015 it was announced that retail operations will shutter in Aug of 2015.
They use the Magnicon branding for many of their in house rebranded lens products. Lens filter often have the Blacks branding.
