Note: this rebadged model is unrelated to the US-built Argus C4 or C44.

The Argus C4M Electro is an all plastic viewfinder camera for 35mm film with a built-in light meter and flash. The camera was marketed by Argus starting in the late 1970s or early 1980s.

This model appears to be a rebranding of the Halina MW 35E from Haking (who appear to have created other Argus-branded models such as the Palmatic 110 cameras). The same camera chassis was also sold badged as the Revue 350 FM and the Samoca Winderflash EE.

The camera offers four focus settings marked by icons. Traditional distance scales in meters and feet are also available. The camera has motorized film advance and rewind. Two 1.5v AA batteries are required to power the camera and are installed via a battery door located on the bottom of the camera. The flash extends slightly above the top of the camera when turned on and a flash ready light is included on the back of the camera near the viewfinder. The viewfinder include a red LED low-light level warning indicator.
