The Accuraflex is a Japanese twin lens reflex for 6×6 cm images on 120 film. While it greatly resembles other TLRs from Tougodo such as the Toyocaflex, Barry Toogood of TLR-cameras.com regards it as a "mystery" model whose provenance is not entirely certain[1].

The USC Auto Forty is a very similar camera, imported for the US market by United States Camera Corp.
