No copies of this lens are known to exist. It is referenced in some early [[Konica]] literature dating to around the time the Auto-Reflex was introduced (1965). It is possible that by the time actual production began it had been renamed the 57mm f1.2 Hexanon. Or, perhaps, it was simply a typographical error in the literature.
