K.K. Ōsawa Shōkai (株式会社大沢商会 or 株式會社大澤商會 in old writing) was a Japanese distributor.

In the 1930s, it was the distributor of the Rosen Four and Semi Rosen. It perhaps owned the "Rosen" trademark, and it is likely that it was also the distributor of the Baby Rosen and Rosen Hand.

During the war, it distributed the Primo folders by Daiichi Kikō. After the war, it also distributed the Primoflex and Primo Junior TLR cameras by Tōkyō Kōgaku.[1] It was probably the owner of the "Primo" trademark.

Its address in 1942 and 1943 was Tōkyō, Ginza, 42, 5 (東京・銀座・四二ノ五). [2]
