The Weston 650 Photronic exposure meter is a light meter marketed by Weston from 1935 through 1939. It retailed for $15.95. An ad in a 1939 issue of Popular Photography shows the Weston 650 selling for $22.50 not including a case.[1] The meter is a reflecting/averaging type with a selenium cell. No battery is required. It is usually referred to as the "Weston 650" but sometimes called the "Weston Senior" because of the availability of the Weston Junior. The meter is enclosed in a black bakelite case with art deco styling. Several minor variation of the meter were made. A limited edition of the meter was made with a clear perspex case.
