The Weltini was a 35mm folding camera made by Welta from the end of the 1930s. It had a coupled rangefinder combined with the viewfinder, and was based on the body of the viewfinder Welti model.
Two variants existed, the older one had a squared top housing for the viewfinder and rangefinder, the later one had a rounded top plate running from one end to the other, and sometimes small variations to the back closing mechanism. Today the two models are sometimes called Weltini I and Weltini II, but at the time they were sold, they were simply called Weltini.
The lens and shutter combinations included:
- Leitz Elmar 5cm f:3.5 with
- Schneider Xenar 5cm f:2.8 with
- Schneider Xenon 5cm f:2 with Compur-Rapid 500
